Ringkasan :
PMBOK Guide yang dikeluarkan oleh Project Management Institute, USA, selain memuat 10 Knowledge Area (Scope, Time, Cost, Risk, dll) juga menyinggung aspek Project ClaimManagement yang ditujukan guna menghindari atau menekan potensi claims dalam proyek serta menangani proses klaim secara efektif apabila terjadi claims dalam sebuah proyek.
Penekanan workshop adalah meningkatkan kesadaran pada perlunya melihat pada sebuah acuan internasional yang merupakan standard de-facto dalam manajemen proyek termasuk Project Claim Management sebelum sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan mengembangkan dan menyesuaikan proses manajemen klaim sesuai situasi dan kondisi serta keunikan pada industri masing-masing.

DESCRIPTION PROJECT CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Construction management are needed to ensure the construction project completed at the minimum cost and at due date. Construction management role is to ensure the coordinating and communication between all parts of the construction project, which usually consists of issues of cost, time, quality, human resources, procurement, environment, Health and safety, risk, claims and other aspect that affect the success of construction projects.
