Globalisasi ekonomi dan bisnis berdampak kepada kompetensi para professional di berbagai bidang, termasuk mereka yang mengelola sumberdaya manusia (SDM). Untuk bisa bersaing di dunia bisnis, para praktisi dan eksekutif manajemen SDM perlu untuk memiliki kompetensi dalam manajemen SDM yang mumpuni. Kompetensi profesional SDM tidak lagi terbatas pada aspek administrasi dan operasional manajemen SDM, tetapi harus semakin bergeser kepada aspek strategis dari organisasi. Profesional SDM harus mampu memahami strategi organisasi dan menjabarkan strategi tersebut ke dalam aspek operasional manajemen SDM. Dengan cara itu, profesional SDM mampu memberikan kontribusi maksimal bagi eksekusi strategi dan pencapaian target organisasi.

Program HRMP didesain berdasarkan penjabaran dari Human Resources Architecture, yang menempatkan 3 komponen strategis dalam manajemen SDM Yang berhasil. Pertama, HR Function, yakni fungsi manajemen SDM dijalankan oleh profesional SDM yang kompeten dan termotivasi tinggi. Kedua, HR System, yakni sistem manajemen SDM organisasi – termasuk kebijakan dan prosedur – yang memacu karyawan berkinerja tinggi. Ketiga, Employee Behavior – sebagai hasil dari 2 komponen terdahulu – yakni adanya para pegawai yang kompeten, termotivasi, dan berkinerja tinggi. Komponen ke-3 inilah yang menjadi kontribusi strategis unit manajemen SDM terhadap organisasi.

Tujuan Program HRMP

Memberikan pembekalan kepada praktisi manajemen SDM tentang konsep dan praktik manajemen SDM berbasiskan kompetensi dan kinerja sehingga mampu menjawab tuntutan organisasi terhadap aspek administrasi, operasional, dan strategis Menyiapkan fondasi yang kuat bagi peserta untuk mengambil program Certified HR Professsional di masa yang akan datang

Biaya Program HRMP

Biaya program HRMP adalah Rp 6.500.000,- per peserta (di luar PPN). Biaya tersebut mencakup:

biaya program training 4 hari, modul, konsumsi, fasilitator, dan sertifikat.

Biaya tersebut tidak termasuk biaya transportasi dan akomodasi peserta selama program training HRMP.
